The waist trainer makes a difference in my waist size, but after reading some of the comments I ordered- size down, it is very tight also it doesn’t cover my FUPA, wish it had torso length choice.
I will havé to purchase waist trainer extension to make it bigger but I think it’ll fit once I do.

Ladies, let's get started. I'm aware of a significant love your body and yourself movement. I just can't seem to love my body. I know it's for health reasons, but I'm trying and failing. It is most definitely advised to size down from what the size chart suggests. I am 5'6", weigh between 175 and 180 lbs, usually wear M or L shirts, and my natural waist is between 33 and 35 inches, so the suggested size is 2x. I purchased an xl and am currently on the middle clasp, though if I wanted to I could definitely get it to the last clasp. Excellent craftsmanship, relieves back strain. I really wish I had purchased this sooner, but I kept putting it off. I'm confident you won't regret it! For all the other mothers out there, nothing sticks out down the bottom, it's breathable, and it's also rather comfortable. I have nothing unfavorable to say about it!
